Farm Policies in Ontario
A TitlePLUS title insurance policy is available through a real estate lawyer for purchases and refinances of farm properties, in Ontario, up to $2.5 million. Whether or not the farm is an operating business, it will qualify for all the benefits of TitlePLUS coverage, including both title and legal services coverage (excluding OwnerEXPRESS® policies and Québec policies). The TitlePLUS premium is paid only once and will vary based on the purchase price or mortgage amount.
